30 September 2011 Company Registration Steps

1. Availability of Name etc.
2. DIN No for at least 2 Directors
3. Registration under the Companies Act 1956
4. Registration with Local Municipal Corp for Property Tax, Prof Tax, Sales Tax etc matters
5. Apply for CST Tin / VAT Tin / Service Tax No. etc
6. If in export, apply for IEC
