We are often required to send small amt. of money outside India for payment of some services like lab testing, air freight etc. My Bank requires form 15CA signed by our CA for each transaction. This seems an online application, and my CA charges Heavily for these forms. My querry is that can we not apply/fill this form ourselves? Is it necessary that a CA fills this form? If yes, what should be a normal charge for such. service as per industry standard?
