Agree with adityaji. For imidiate change, take the printout of company master data and write the correct emailid on correction field.The same form must be signed by any one director, and send the copy to concerned ROC.

If u do what is suggested by Pyneji then in the print out it shows "I also confirm that the required documents for the correction suggested was filed earlier and evidence for the same is attached to the document."
So if it the first time being updated then what to do?

For change in email address there is no specific form prescribed and hence the above referred confirmation will not be applicable. In respect of other changes viz., address change, ASC change etc, you may attach the proof also for having filed the requisite forms viz.,Form 18 or Form 5.
