Pls guide me for taking Certified True copy of MOA of one of company and also what is cost for this.

22 August 2014 You may go for the online inspection at MCA site i.e. www.mca.gov.in
You have to pay Rs. 100/- per company for online inspection. You may take the help of a professional CA or CS in this regard.
