22 February 2011 My Client (Senior Citizen) have earned a Capital gain in Current Financial year, now in order to get exemption u/s 54EC he is reddy to buy Bonds of REC/NHAI.

CAN HE BUY THE BONDS IN JOINT ACCOUNT AS HE WANTS HIS SON TO BE THE SECOND HOLDER OF THE BONDS
