Can director cum shareholders give loan to pvt ltd company

Please help me to know, i am director cum shareholder of company I just borrowed loan on my property by mortgage but shall I give that money to company to pay tax dues gst dues...

No, borrowed money cannot be lend to the company in which you are a director.
