26 September 2009 Please tell me in a newly incorporated company is the employees are entitle to receive the bonus and leave encashment if the employee completes his/her one year of service. If yes please provide me its calculation for both(bonus & leave encashment). And as per law what is the minimum & maximum bonus and leave encashment an employee should get.

27 September 2009 You are entitled to Bonus only if your Company falls under Factories Act or an establishment having more than 20 employees and
Leave entitlement g.overened by Factories Act and Shop & Establishment Act of your state.

27 September 2009 (1)minimum Bonus RS.3500 as per factory act.
however maximum Bonus can be paid 20% of basic payable.
(2) Leavincasement payment as of accumulated pl end of the yr as per company policy
