A company wants to rent the property which is being taken on rent by one of the directors.
My query what shall be the language of board resolution if the company wants to rent the property from the director. Agreement is registered in the name of the director.Company wants to pay directly to landlord.

Pls confirm Director- Takes a property(say A) on rent Company- Wants to take A, and pay directly to landlord.. However agreement will be with Director. Is it a triparte agreement. The position needs to be brought out clearly
