Hi Expert, We registered under GST in Maharashtra, Procure material from all over India & store material in Hyderabad, in Transporter Warehouse & same dispatch when needed to all over India. We haven't registration in Hyderabad. We always bill from Maharashtra & while procurement always bill to Maharashtra only. What compliance we need to follow in this case ?? What question will arise while GST audit by authority ??

You need to register under GST in Hyderabad as you store the material and sell from Hyderabad. GST audit will question non registration under GST in Hyderabad.
