Bare Act is d compilation of pure law passed by the legislature. It not for preparation and just for reference purpose. You can always refer particular section from Bare Act very quickly.

So bare act is not meant for learning but for reference purpose.

If you find a section discussion in book very lengthy and got completely confused then simply check the exact section form bare act and decide accordingly. It will give you specific idea about the length of section.
