One person had some income from Arrears Gratuity and Arrears of pension commutation from his Employer and consequentially included his income portion but we know gratuity and pension is exempt income. Can I exclude that very income from his Total Income shown in AIS PORTAL . I waited yours valuable opinions within in short period. Tushar Kanti Bhattacharya
