14 November 2014 Dear Sir, As per Company's ACT 2013 the responsibility to file ADT-1 by the company.But my doubt is ADT-1 is filed in Auditor's MCA login or Company MCA login ID.IF it is upload in Auditor's MCA login ID what are the consequences as per the Company's act 2013.
