Aces account - blocked

10 November 2011 Dear All,

I have received the password for login into aces system thru mail.But after entering the password, the system showed the error as "Old password".After unsuccessful attempts, the system is now showing as user account blocked.I have sent a mail to aces helpdesk service, but it is of no help.Kindly advice what should I do to revive the account.

10 November 2011 Response from help desk is not satisfactory, by experience.
If u are a new registrant, try to create a new used id and password. Pl remember that log in attempt is limited to five, and if exceeds again blocking can be expected.

10 November 2011 We are new registrants.so what should I do?Again we have to apply for new user id and password and proceed??


10 November 2011 You have to approach your range superintendent to again create the TPIN No. and password and provide by e-mail to you.

After successful creation by superintendent, an e-mail will receive to your e-mail which you provided to excise office. Just click on the link available in the e-mail, an screen will appeal where you can create your own user name and password.
