44AD audits, Chartered signing limit

25 July 2011 Dear all, i would like to know whether the audit report signed under sec. 44AD is covered under the limit of 45 Audit signing for CA's or it is only for audits covered under 44AB?

25 July 2011 44ad audits not covered as per council guidelines.

02 August 2011 sir r u sure na that no further amendment in this guidelines have been issued.

Means audits done u/s 44AD are not covered in signing limits

02 August 2011 Guildelines not amended till date. So go ahead and sign without limit.
