16 December 2010 Agreed, Form 20B related to Filing of Annual Return , it is not linked with FOrm 23AC & 23ACA.

But Form 66 is linked with Form 23AC & 23ACA , First form 66 is to be filed , then other form in which SRN no of FOrm 66 is to be filled.

17 December 2010 Form 20B can be filed before 23AC and 23ACA. However form 66, wherever applicable, has to be filed before filing form 20B.

17 December 2010 In 20 B , there is no need to provide SRN NO of FOrm 66. Hence Form 20B may be filed before Form 66.

1) E-FORM 20 B.
2) E-FORM 66
3) E-FORM 23AC and 23ACA.
