Income Tax Rate- 30%
Surcharge - 10%
Education Cess - 2% on (Income Tax + Surcharge)

For Foreign Company:-

Income Tax Rate- 40%
Surcharge - 2.5%
Education Cess - 2% on (Income Tax + Surcharge)
