Then where you will study????   I think your home will be the best place to study. Just arrange a room only for yourself. Request your parents to not disturb you much for these 3 months. Once you are done with your room , become ruthless in studies. Forget all diversions which you have for at least 3 months. Remember time is flying and these 3 months will go within a snap of fingers. Don't think that you are writing 2nd attempt. Start with fresh mind to clear it in Nov'10 itself. If Mr. Archit Shah( AIR 3) who failed in 5 subjects before then why not you...

Who is ICAI to fail you unless you give a chance to fail. Prove yourself in Nov'10 that you are best and no one can snatch your will power. I am sure you will surely succeed if you have strong determination and fire to excel.

How many groups you will give in Nov'10?

I am sure you will be good in some papers or your interest will be more in some papers. Read those papers very well so that you get 60+. This will help you to compensate for your weak papers. You will easily clear if you have this plan out at the back of your mind.

i  wana appear for both the groupzz

AGREE WITH FAIZ I MYSELF IS AN ARTICLE TRAINEE GIVIN MY 2 nd ATEMPT BUT I M DETERMINED TO CLEAR PCC DIS NOVEMBER....KILL PCC DIS TYM RUTHLESSLY AND DO NOT GIVE ICAI OPPURTUNITY TO FAIL U ;)

and m good at LAW and Audit.......and last time i frgt d format of cash flow in examination hall n many more little things so hw 2 deal with that?.... i reallyy dont knw...

Even i think same way...

but there is no possibility 2 get a room from ma home.....

n this is d serious prob for me wr 2 read?.....

Don by heart the formats.. keep it one by one in your memory. cash flow is one of the easiest..

For that matter , any formats, if you have the correct approach of keepin it in mind, once its into your mind, ul never forget it ..

Since your tellin your good in law n audit, try to be more confident in Practical subjects..

work out as many problems as u can so that your able to solve any types of questions given in the exam....

Success will be yours...

Hmmm.... little difficult to get 60+ in such short time in Law and Audit as you will have to focus in 6 papers. But don't give up.. Just focus, may be you can achieve your goal of 60+ easily in these 2 papers. Regarding accounts i would personally say to refer P.C. Tulsian. I am sure you will develop a good grip on all topics. Just do it. Don't give up.Keep looking forward.Whatever book you use make sure that you are conceptually clear in any particular topic. To test your concepts , just visualize whether you can speak on that topic for 15 mins in front of 100 people or not. If your answer is yes, you have got a good hold on subjects.

CFS is not a format.... Learn CFS conceptually. There is a reason for each and every step. For CAFM also i would like to refer P.C. Tulsian..   If you are not well versed in CFS , i can teach you online or you can also refer that Tulsian book.  In case of any problem, you can ask without hesitation. Just develop a flair to excel and enhance your conceptual knowledge.

You can do one thing... catch hold of your any good friend.. Study with that person in its house(if possible) or else you will have to go to library(pain will be there, but you will cherish once you clear PCC)

i knw CFS conceptuallyy but in exam i was totally nil were should i write d thing......n even i knw k fromats r not a prob....bt in 1st Accounts paper i was really very nervous so i was totaly blank..... n i want 2 avoid this in nov...

The thing is ma all frnd stay far n i cant travel every day for 2 hrs ...nither 2 lib nor at ma frnds place....cz we stay far away..................and in accounts i just have prob wid HP....

and is it good 2 refer another authors book when just 3 mnths left for xam and u have 2 prepare for 6 subs?...

What is the use of getting nervous??? Either you will pass or you will fail, not more than that. So why become nervous and spoil your performance. Its good that you have good knowledge on CFS, just practice more. I will say one incident, there was one sir during my mother time for maths. Daily he use to give around 350-400 problems on a particular topic taught. He said the more you practice, the more clarity you get and can face any problem in exams. So is applicable to CA, first become ruthless, do not help yourself by working less. Practice at least 50 - 70 problems in each chapter. You will surely excel but do it conceptually...
