Make the Internet Explorer 11 as your default browser

In that browser log in to GST portal

File the GSTR1

You will not get "Error! Invoices already Submitted "

Making the Internet Explorer 11 as your default browser only will solve the problem

Hi All, I Just tried GSTR-1 filing, it successfully filed, I think problem has been resolved, try youself also.

Log into the GST portal - in IE

File the return- There will not be any problem
