Friend i would not advise you to appoint WTD as CEO / CFO of other company bcoz technically or legally WTD is in the whole time employment of a company.
Moreover the positions of CEO / CFO is something of gr8 importance and time taking in a company. So it is not advisable to appoint WTD as CEO / CFO to avoid future problems.
