One of the party has given a TDS Certificate with wrong PAN NO.

What is the recourse available when he refuses to correct Certificate by filing a revised return.

18 June 2009 You can approcah the Ao of your jurisdication with an application to provide the credit. Who after due verfication ( By issue of a notice u/s section 133(6) may get the correct information from the deductor) and provide you the credit.
