Wrong PAN in 26Q

I have filled 26Q for all four quarter. Now my quary is



1, I have write a wrong PAN in 1st & 2nd return.

2, what is the proccedure to rectify it.

28 April 2009 You need to file revised quarterly statements. The type of correction is C5. You need to revise that record only, which needs correction.
