Kindly suggest me whether GST Charged by Brand Factory is Correct or Not, My Case as below.
Suppose the MRP of Brand Factory Product is Rs.1000/ with Offer of 50% Discount , at the time of Billing they use to charges CST Amount on Rs500/ e.i Rs.25/ (@5%) Total Bill Amount is Rs.525/- , I feel this is Wrong Practice,Because As per law GST is already Included in MRP . Regards Dinesh
