26 August 2010 Till what time the provision of Tax should be shown in the b\s liability side and advance tax at assets side.

at what time i can pass jV for nullify the effect is there in rule regarding that or any cirular regarding that.

26 August 2010 JV can be passed when assessment for relevant Asst. Year. completed or time period for which issue of notice for relevant Asst. Year. expires, whichever is earlier.
