26 February 2014 If a person has received a contract to prepare furniture in a hotel on contract basis in which goods+labour will include. in which category it will be taxable in service tax?

26 February 2014 yes, service tax will be payable on work contract services but ssi exemption will be available to all unit upto 10 lakhs.
