Dear Sir, i am sub-contractor to main contractor L&T construction, we are providing service of construction of road & building to L&T (main contractor) and claiming the bill in works contract 18% GST Output charging. can i claim my input GST over various materials- Cement, sand, equipment, tools consumed, Test certificate?
