30 May 2012 Company is taking contract of Designing, Manufacturing and installation of Furniture, Painting, finishing etc of an Office or Residential flat. (i.e. Interior Designing)

At present they are classifying it as Works Contract.

Please tell what is the exact treatment ans Service tax & VAT implication on same.

Company is registered in Tamilnadu.
