There was a bill of Works contract dated 8th May. As per reverse charge mechanism, 50% of liability is to be paid by the assessee. However, the service tax was not paid as per reverse charge.also, by mistake the service tax paid to supplier was expensed out.
Can the return be revised now and credit of the same be taken now?
