We had registered in Delhi vat in September 2009. In October 2009 we had been transferred in noida where we was liable to pay work contract tax but we were not registered in U.P. Vat at that time so we had deposited our Work contract tax in Delhi. Now the party to whom work contract tax had been deducted demanded for certificate from UP. What can be done in this situation?
