19 March 2012 what all different roc compliances have to be done after incorporation of the company
do we have to file form2 for the 10000 shares taken while subscribing to the memorandum.
does pvt ltd co need to file statutory report

19 March 2012 No need to file Form 2 with ROC. This is not allotment, this is subscription of shares so no Form 2 shall be filed!!

No statutory report shall be delivered!!
