Without dsc nil e-tds return submission

we have submit the NIL e-TDS return for the FY 14-15 without DSC (Digital signature Certificate ) is it accepted we are not receive any intimation from TRACE . Without DSC submission process is accepted or not?

15 July 2014 NIL TDS return not required to be filed. Only declaration need to be filed online at TRACES WEBSITE.
