Dear sir, Let's me know whether company have right to hold PF fund of resigned employee . Once of my friend says the company not show such person resigned from office In EPF Portal ,so that he can not withdraw fund from PF . please advice if any document need to submit by company for releasing pf account of resigned staff. co marks date of exits in thier pf portal ....after that employee can withdraw the money....but employee can self mark date of exits in pf portal ....and can withdraw pf amount.
