a llp incorporated in the year 2010 since there is no business transaction and not filed any return. the partner wants to close the llp. 1) Is mandatory to file form 8 & form 11 for the past years before proceeding for winding up? 2) can i file form 24 directly before filing any return? or 3) what are the procedures to be taken for winding up of llp? Thanks in advance

You will have to complete all pending filings before applying to winding up. For better clarification, please visit ROC office and ask them about detailed procedure.
