18 May 2017 Whether the statement of accounts,affidavit, indemnity bond is to be prepared after passing special resolution or whether the statement of accounts need to be presented in the EGM(so that it should be dated after BR but before SR)?

19 May 2017 sir, i have found no option in MGT 14 for winding up u/s 248(2). so is it okay to mention it in the others companies act 2013 category?
