16 December 2020 We had started a Finance business (company incorporated) last year .
My self and my friend are the two directors. Now we have decided to discontinue our business.

what is the procedure for winding up of the company.
How long is the process for winding up and how and when we as directors of the company can take back our money

17 December 2020 The process generally takes of around 3-4 months and may go upto any number of months depending on the complexity involved. You could take back your money once the ROC accepts the winding up. You could contact caankithjain@gmail.com for any assistance on winding up.
