26 February 2015 What are the forms to be filed for the reappointment of a Whole-time Director on the expiry of his term? Only MGT-14 for the Board resolution and later MR-1 or DIR-12 also?

26 February 2015 MGT 14- appointment of KMP and MR 1- for appintment of WTD. Since it is a case of reappointment of WTD, there is no change in designation, so no need to file form DIR 12
