i am deductor I wish to file online etds returns where I have to register and procedure

You have to register as a deductor at the web-site -
https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/en/home.html.

You should keep ready the details to fill up
the details of Token No of the e-tds return filed, challan details and any 3 PAN and TDS deducted against the respective PANs.
