I just register with S Tax, and i am providing maintenance/repair of TV,Fridge & Inverter etc. up to when i don't need to take S tax from customers. and if any customer wana to pay then what should i do? and if i won't take S Tax. How i will pay S tax? Can we pay S Tax as ITR. In ITR if we are not eligible for return but we have to file ITR at zero cost.
Up to when i can issue Bills without taking service TAX and no need to file service tax. My total turn over is approx 5 lac only. should i DE-register from Service Tax. is there any method to provide maintenance service without registering in service tax?

There was no need for you to Register under ST as your T/O is less than 9lac.
As per Rules Once you cross t/o of Rs9lac in a year (Apr-Mar) you need to file declaration with ST dept and Once you cross Rs10 t/o you need to start charging ST mandatorily in your bills and collect, pay and file returns(2 half yearly)
As I see, you already registered for ST. But as your T/O is less than Rs10lac, you can still issue invoice without ST. There is no need for you either to collect and pay.
BUT, if at all you charge ST to ANY of your customer then, thereafter you need to charge ST on all your future bills raised.
You can very well go and surrender ST regn as your T/O is less than 9lac for now. But you will again need it once you cross 9lac.

A proprietor is not required to register any name.
Some mandatory document/licence that you must possess is Gumasta(Shop & Establishment) licence. Apply it to BMC and there you need to write the name you want.
Name is also required by bank while opening bank acount. (Govt licence and/or CA certificate by some banks). So gumasta will work there as well.
Also check with your CA if VAT is applicable in your kind of business by showing him details of your business.
Good luck with your venture

yes you can. keep your registration. dont issue any ST invoices. dont take ST credit on any input. and then once you cross 10lac start collecting and taking credits as well.
but yes you do need to file your ST returns even if its NIL.
