One of our director has signed on all the Form 16 & Form 16A, which includes his own form 16. We heard from some of the chartered accountants that one cannot sign on his own form 16. And some CA's are of the opinion that he can sign and that there is no legal disobedience involved it. I would like replies from the Experts and consider the majority's opinion as final.
I would be deeply obliged if experts could reply to my query.
