03 May 2012 what are the eligibility criteria for a registered dealer under dvat to give surety bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- for other dealer who is trying to get registration under dvat.

The Act and rules do not provide specific criteria for a guarantor to fulfill,other than pledging some of his immovable property for this purpose. The co-guarantor may also pledge any of his deposit/saving/share/debenture certificates for this purpose,in lieu of the person registering himself.....MJK
