04 July 2014 ITR 4 for providing service to co as director.

04 July 2014 if he is on payroll of the company then salary income min ITR-1

if you are deducting TDS u/s 194J then ITR-4.

04 July 2014 no tds was deducted u/s 192 so no question of income from salary.
