23 August 2012 Sir,
I working in company as commission agent got form TDS Certificate and also working in firm as data entry work got from salary without TDS .previous year i filed itr2 only working as a commission agent.

23 August 2012 If you get a commission income in which tds has been deducted, then you must file in ITR 4 only.
