15 July 2011 Dear Experts,
One our client involved in civil constructions business(Gross receipts:-20.00 lacs),owned 2 house property and also plying one car(CAB)

Now can file in ITR4S?if not which ITR?

"owned 2 house property" : 4S not applicable

ITR 4S is just a procedural facility for the department in which income from only one house property can be shown.
