A Municipal Employee has received order u/s 143(1) with a demand of Rs. 810/-. The demand is already paid. Later on it is observed that he has not claimed the tax rebate u/s.89 for the arrears received by him. Whether he can file a Revised Return and claim tax rebate u/s 89?
