We are a C& F Agents and we have started the business in 2006 and last year( 2012 - 2013 )we started the EPF payment. We have paid from 2006 to 2013 march in various dates. Whether all the EPF amount paid by us shall be taken for P&L .

In my view , it will be allowable as per clause (b) of Section 43B.
