14 July 2013 We have formed a society under Societies Registration Act 186o which is a Charitable society hence registered under Bombay Public Trust Act as well in Maharashtra.(As it is Mandatory in Maharashtra)

Whether Audit is to be done under

a) Societies Registration Act

OR

b) Bombay Public Trust Act.
