12 June 2010 Sir, can you please tell me when will the companies act, 1956 be changed for simplification.
i.e. the unnecessary sections be removed.

12 June 2010 until both the parliament of India the new companies act wont come...the bill is before the parliament now may be in next winter season it will be an Act...hope so..
