I AM ACCOUNTANT OF A TWO WHEELER & COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WORKSHOP AND I WANT TO KNOW THAT REPAIR OF VEHICLE IS UNDER SERVICE TAX OR NOT.
IN WHICH VALUE IN EXEMPT FROM SERVICE TAX

Service tax will apply above Rs. 10 lacs.

ITS MEANS THAT IF MY SERVICE IS EXCEED 10 LAC THEN I PAY SERVICE TAX OTHER WISE SERVICE TAX IS NOT APPLICABLE.
