When and where to attend training for cs

when is the best time to attend training after Executive or after professional exam ? And is it advisable to take this training in MNC's or Practising Company Secretary ? Please do Advice

my personal view to get training after executive so that once you became CS, you can have jobs.. else after becoming CS you have to wait for your training to get over
