Firstly look at the work profile in the firm. Is it good enough to give u adequate exposure. Then, look at the culture of the firm. How good are the partners and how well they cater to the needs of the trainees. Last but not least, the stipend given by the firm. Ultimately, we should not be dependent on others. However, if a good firm is offering training at less pay, then u can join.
