i am very confused..
as i am free till the result is declared..so i want to know that which course should i do..
i am looking for any course in capital market?
should i go for it?
or should i learn tally or any foreign language?

Tally is a basic accounting software in which most assessee (small & medium scale) is maintaining their books, if you will learn tally, it would give you additional skill to learn accounting of clients.
